Yunus 10:99 ولو شاء ربك لامن من في الارض كلهم جميعا افانت تكره الناس حتى يكونوا مومنين ٩٩
وَلَوۡ
شَآءَ
رَبُّكَ
لَأٓمَنَ
مَن
فِي
ٱلۡأَرۡضِ
كُلُّهُمۡ
جَمِيعًاۚ
أَفَأَنتَ
تُكۡرِهُ
ٱلنَّاسَ
حَتَّىٰ
يَكُونُواْ
مُؤۡمِنِينَ
٩٩
Ва [эй паёмбар] агар Парвардигорат мехост, ҳатман, ҳар ки дар замин аст, ҳамагияшон имон меоварданд. Пас, оё ту мардумро водор мекунӣ, ки муъмин шаванд?

It is not Part of Allah's Decree to compel Belief

وَلَوْ شَآءَ رَبُّكَ
